Welcome to Universal Playmakers. By accessing or using our website and services, including submitting a reservation or renting a vehicle, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Reservation Policy

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee vehicle availability.

A team member will contact you to confirm details and finalize the booking.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation at our discretion.

2. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age (or age required by your state).

Hold a valid driver’s license.

Provide a valid form of payment.

Agree to our rental agreement terms prior to taking possession of the vehicle.

3. Payment & Deposits

Payment must be made in full before vehicle release.

A refundable security deposit may be required, depending on vehicle type and rental history.

Non-payment, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity may result in legal action and denial of future services.

4. Vehicle Use & Restrictions

Vehicles must be operated responsibly and returned in the same condition.

No smoking, burnouts, or standing on the car.

Only authorized drivers listed in the agreement may operate the vehicle.

Renter is responsible for all damages, tolls, tickets, fees, or loss of keys.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup to avoid penalties.

Deposits may be forfeited for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days if applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Universal Playmakers is not liable for:

Delays caused by traffic, accidents, or breakdowns.

Personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will only be used to process your booking and improve our services. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, designs, and media, is the property of Universal Playmakers and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
